FAQ
We cater to various needs, including emergency services, municipalities, residential, agriculture, light industries, and ranching.
What should I do in an emergency?
You should turn off the main valve (ball valve) at your tank and call 911. If you smell propane or have concerns call us immediately at (951)-791-8686.
Can you fill my current providers tank?
No, it is illegal for any company to fill another company's tank.
What is the difference between being Routed or Will Call?
Routed means we will never let you run out of gas and if we do, it's our cost to get you up and running again safely. Will Call means you call us when you want a delivery but it also means you take responsibility if you run out and want an immediate delivery and need a safety check.
Do you offer the new phone app that shows me my propane level?
Yes, we offer the app free to Routed customers since we will be monitoring you too. Will Call customers will have to lease the equipment that provides this service.
Why are prices higher in the winter than the summer for propane?
Propane is known as a winter heat since it is primarily used to heat creating a higher demand during the winter months. During the summer use drastically drops so prices fall with the demand.
Are you specials only for new customers or the first fill?
No. We love our customers so we offer them the same special new customers are offered too!
Whose responsible for my propane system?
Primarily the owner of the property is responsible for troubleshooting or repair costs of their system in the building or outside. If the property owner leases the tank the propane provider is responsible for the tank and regulator system.
Is propane an environmentally safe energy?
Propane is an approved alternative fuel in both the Clean Air Act of 1990 and the National Energy Policy Act of 1992. It is nontoxic and insoluble in water. Because it is used as a gas, it does not spill, pool, or leave a residue. It's a safe fuel to store underground, as it will not contaminate groundwater, even in the unlikely event of a leak.
Its carbon footprint, a measure of its impact on the environment, is much less than other fuels. A gallon of propane burned produces about half the carbon dioxide (CO2) as a gallon of fuel oil. Compared to BTU of fuel, propane releases less CO2 than ethanol, gasoline, biodiesel, kerosene, or coal.
In a traditional water heater an electric heater produces 150 times the greenhouse gas emissions of a propane system. A tankless propane water heater can even further reduce emissions.

What are some benefits of propane?
Using propane benefits more than just your pocketbook. You're probably aware of the fact that propane is a less expensive alternative to electricity. But, do you know the other benefits of this exceptional energy? Turning to a more efficient propane furnace, water heater, clothes dryer, range, or other propane-powered appliances will save you money, help the environment, and keep you warm.
